Dan Butler has over 34 years of experience in business and strategy development. He began his merger and acquisition career in a high growth corporate environment, where acquisition was a major strategy for growth. He has experience in all types of businesses and special experience in manufacturing, industrial distribution, health administration, high technology and financial services. Gary Mattson, Managing Partner

Mattson started in the financial services business in October of 1989. In three years he was number one agent at IOF Foresters which included the United States, Canada and England. After nine years he went to Mass Mutual and in eighteen months ended number five when Allstate lured Mattson away in October 2001. At Allstate, Mattson, was number one in Michigan and number three in the region in 2002 and number five in 2003. He has been a member of National Advisory Board and has been featured in USA Today, Newsweek, Parade and most recently the Wall Street Journal.

In 2003 and 2004 Mattson was named the small businessman of the year by the "Business Advisory Council" and received an award at a state dinner held in his honor in Washington D.C. Mattson has served as a trustee and moderator of his local church and has been President and Vice-President of the local Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Mattson served on the National Advisory board for President Bush's tax reform plan in 2000 and 2001 and was a Superintendent of the local 4-H program as well as an advisor to national automotive magazines.

James (Jamie) Moore has been practicing estate and business success planning for 29 years. He has dedicated his practice to Estate and Business Succession Planning. He is a former Adjunct Professor in the business department of Northern Michigan Community College where he taught Business Law I and II, and Wills, Trusts and Probate Administration. He was appointed by President Regan to the National Advisory Council of the US Small Business Association. In addition, he is a graduate and former instructor for the National Trust School of the American Bankers Association at Northwestern University in Illinois. Moore is a Charter Member and Senior Contributing Fellow of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys. Currently, he consults with attorneys, CPAs and Financial Advisors throughout the United States on estate, family and business planning and succession matters. Moore is a United States Marine Corps retired Lieutenant Colonel and a decorated combat veteran.

As a manufacturer sales rep he was the President Club winner for the highest sales in the Midwest United States. He was also a CEO of a concrete company. These experiences and with his 20+ years of investing knowledge, Doug is able help clients design a complete financial plan that when implemented their wealth and estate is maximized, while minimizing taxes. Thus, the clients then can realize their financial dreams, goals, and desires.
